Hospitality Minnesota Education Foundation Scholarships

Hospitality Minnesota is an association of hospitality businesses, across all sectors, that come together to advance the health and interests of the hospitality industry in Minnesota. Our strength comes from the diversity and reach of our businesses, many of which have a long history of membership in the associations that came together to form the Hospitality Minnesota Association. They are: Minnesota Lodging Association; Minnesota Resort and Campground Association; and Minnesota Restaurant Association.Since 2008, HMEF has awarded almost $1 million in Scholarships to hundreds of students pursuing post-secondary education for careers in foodservice, lodging, tourism and hospitality management. The scholarships were provided through the generosity of Minnesota hospitality operators. The scholarship recipients plan for careers as restaurant owners and managers, chefs, caterers, bakers, hotel and resort general managers, event planners and many other roles. Individual scholarship criteria varies.
