Ballinger is pleased to offer a scholarship paired with a mentorship opportunity with two Ballinger employees that includes a job shadowing session. The scholarship is open to Philadelphia-area students who are Black, Indigenous, and other People of Color and who meet the following criteria: Are graduating seniors that attended high school in Philadelphia County; Will enter their first year of an accredited program at a U.S. university or college in an architecture, engineering, or interior design program in the fall of the coming school year (engineers must be enrolled in the following degree programs: civil/structural, mechanical, electrical, fire protection, or architectural engineering); and Are permanent residents of the United States. The number of recipients will vary.Ballinger is an interdisciplinary design firm with a staff of over 250 professionals working from a single office in Philadelphia.
