The following are the eligible students to apply: (A) California residents and AB540 eligible students entering from high school with a 4.1 grade point average (GPA) or better; (B) California residents and AB 540 eligible students entering from a community college entering students with a 3.5 GPA or better; (C) Continuing students are awarded with a 3.5 GPA or better. Applicants must first apply and be admitted as a freshman or transfer student; then complete and submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or the California Dream Act Application by the early Spring deadlines.
