Scholarship Details • Annual $1,000 scholarship award • Open to students with a strong appreciation for the medical field • Recognizes the vital work of Allied Health, Nursing, and Therapy professionals • Essay-based application focusing on personal experiences and public impact • Now accepting applications for the third annual award cycle Eligibility Criteria • Must be enrolled in a college, medical school, or trade program in the United States • GED holders planning to enroll in an eligible institution for the upcoming semester are also eligible • Must be in good academic standing with a GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale Application Process 1. Prepare a current resume outlining your academic and personal background 2. Obtain a recent school transcript 3. Write a 500–1,000 word essay discussing: The role of Allied Health, Nursing, and Therapy professionals in today’s world How these professionals influence public safety and daily life Your personal story involving a healthcare professional who made a difference in your life Suggestions for improving the lives and working conditions of healthcare professionals 4.
