ChiroHealthUSA Foxworth Family Scholarship

The Foxworth Family Chiropractic Scholarship is an achievement-based scholarship awarded to students currently enrolled in chiropractic school. The recipient must remain a full-time student, enrolled in a Doctorate of Chiropractic program at an accredited Chiropractic college or university in the U.S. through the upcoming December. Eligible applicants must have at least a 2.7 GPA. Applicants may not be family members of employees, officers, or owners of ChiroHealthUSA. The recipient must agree to keep the award confidential until it is announced at The FCA National Convention in Orlando, Florida, in August or they shall forfeit the award. The Foxworth Family Chiropractic Scholarship is fully funded by ChiroHealthUSA and is awarded in memory of Dr. Tom Klapp. His love for the profession, his family, and his colleagues was evident in all his endeavors. The recipient of the scholarship will be notified in July and honored at the FCA National Convention in Orlando, Florida.
