The Dr. Corey A. Frazier First Generation Endowed Scholarship Fund is available to students enrolled at the University in the College of Engineering and Computer Science. This scholarship is part of the First Generation Matching Grant Program. Additional state requirements must be considered when selecting recipients. Applicant must be enrolled at the University in the College of Engineering and Computer Science. Applicant must be a first-generation college undergraduate student. Scholarships considered for the First Generation Matching Grant Program may change every year. If the scholarship is selected to be a part of the First Generation Matching Grant Program, students must meet the following additional criteria: Be a Florida resident and a U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen. Have a complete, error-free FAFSA showing financial need for the current aid year. Be considered a "First Generation" student (neither parent has earned a bachelor's degree or higher). Be pursuing their first bachelor's degree. Meet Satisfactory Academic Progress. Not have defaulted on or owe a refund to any prior aid program. Be enrolled in at least 6 credit hours at UCF each Fall and/or Spring as a degree-seeking undergraduate student. Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0. Have attempted no more than 132 credit hours. Students whose parents completed a college degree abroad would not be considered First Generation students. Transient or study abroad hours may not be considered. This Scholarship cannot pay over the student's Cost of Attendance (COA). Award Varies. Renewable: No. Contact: Office of Student Financial Assistance, sfascholarships@ucf.edu. Deadline 10/31/2026.
