Epic Flight Academy Aircraft Mechanic Scholarship

Epic's aviation scholarship program continues to grow each year to support young people interested in aviation. The Epic Flight Academy Aircraft Mechanic Scholarship is open to U.S. high school students only. Applicants must currently be a senior attending high school in the U.S. Applicants must submit two letters of recommendation; at least one must be from a high school teacher, counselor, coach, or other school official. Please visit the scholarship's website for more information. The 2026 application deadline is October 1, 2026. Epic is awarding 2 Aircraft Mechanic Scholarships of $20,000 each (one at CVG Airport in Kentucky and one at New Smyrna Beach in Florida) and 2 Aircraft Mechanic Scholarships of $10,000 each (one at each campus) in 2026. Applicants must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident, must be 18 years old by the time of completing the program, and must be able to start training within 12 months of receiving the scholarship. Applicants under 18 must have parent or guardian approval. In addition to two letters of recommendation, applicants must create a YouTube video of two minutes or less explaining why they are the strongest candidate, and upload an aviation-related photo of themselves.
