Epilepsy Foundation New England Scholarship

The Epilepsy Foundation New England Scholarship is available to students who live with epilepsy. Students seeking a professional certification, associate, bachelor's, or graduate degree are eligible to apply. The Joseph's Hope Scholarship Program awards at least four $4,000 scholarships each year, funded in part by Frank and Vicky Salituro in memory of their son Joseph, who died at the age of 27 from Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilepsy (SUDEP) in 2011. The 2026 application period was March 1, 2026 - April 30, 2026. The Matthew Siravo Memorial Scholarship is awarded as part of the same application process for college-bound high school seniors residing in the State of Rhode Island and diagnosed with epilepsy.
