Ranzy Gammal Memorial Scholarship

The Ranzy Gammal Memorial Scholarship, sponsored by PMI Hampton Roads, provides financial assistance of $2,500 (awarded annually) to undergraduate or graduate students from areas of the mid-Atlantic region. Students who are interested in working on a degree in project management or a related field at a college in any state are welcome to apply. Applicants must be enrolled in, or applying to, an accredited undergraduate or graduate program in project management or a related field such as architecture, engineering, information technology, business administration, construction, human resources, educational administration, hospitality, pharmaceutical studies, and similar disciplines. Applicants must not hold a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and must live within driving distance of the Hampton Roads area, as the award is personally presented to the recipient. To apply (2026 cycle), submit the online application and include a 500–750 word essay explaining why you should be selected. Deadline: October 1, 2026.
