Alliance Scholarships

The Alliance Scholarships are made possible through the generosity of public accounting firms and private companies throughout the Commonwealth. Applicants must meet the following criteria: Be a graduate student, or an undergraduate student who has completed at least the first semester of his/her sophomore year; Demonstration of academic excellence; Financial need; and Have the intention to pursue an accounting career in Massachusetts. Students may be attending a college or university in Massachusetts or attending a college or university out-of-state with a permanent address in Massachusetts. A recommendation from an accounting professor, academic advisor, or job supervisor is required. Applicants must submit an essay or a 2-3 minute or less video essay. Please note: The deadline to apply is Friday, January 30, 2026. Scholarships administered by the MassCPAs Scholarship Program are available for high school, undergraduate and graduate accounting students who are attending a college or university in Massachusetts or attending a college or university out-of-state with a permanent address in Massachusetts. Awards range from $1,000 to $10,000 scholarships.
