The Architects League of Northern New Jersey offers numerous scholarships for residents from Bergen, Hudson, Passaic and Sussex Counties. For the High School Scholarship, applicants must have been accepted to an NAAB Accredited Architecture Program at a college in the United States or U.S. Territory. For the College Scholarships, individual criteria will vary, but students must be pursuing studies in architectural studies. All scholarships will be awarded at the discretion of the Scholarship Committee of the AIA Architects League of Northern New Jersey. The total number of recipients will vary.Apart from completing the application, applicants must also submit: a PDF or Word file of their resume/biography (This should be a one page typed outline that lists your accomplishments and experiences relevant to this scholarship application. Suggested items to include are contact information, awards received, courses completed, work experience, travel, extracurricular activities, interests and/or volunteer experience); college information and a transcript; two recommendation letters; and an essay explaining what they hope to accomplish as an architect.
