Description

Austin Community College’s new, all-inclusive scholarship program supports students focused on starting a career immediately after ACC. Career Scholars receive financial and academic support while working toward a certificate or associate degree in an approved area of study. The scholarship covers the cost of tuition and fees for a total of $5,000 disbursed over a period of up to three years and ensures recipients have the guidance and support they need to reach their goals. This is open both to high school seniors and adult-learners who have at least a 2.5 GPA and demonstrated financial need. UPDATE: As ACC pursues additional opportunities to expand its Free Tuition program to more students, the Adult Career Scholarship Program will come to a close. We are no longer accepting new applicants for the upcoming academic year. However, students currently enrolled in Career Scholars will continue to receive support as they complete the program. The college is committed to helping all students reach their educational goals. Take advantage of these other opportunities to save money and get the support you need: Financial Aid (FAFSA), the ACC Free Tuition pilot program, the ACC Affordability Scholarship, and other ACC scholarship opportunities.
