Bootstraps Scholarship

The Bootstraps Scholarship is awarded to graduating seniors from Clear Creek, Conifer, Evergreen, or Platte Canyon high schools in Colorado. Students who participate in community service & extracurricular activities are welcome to apply. Bootstraps has been helping mountain-area students reach their educational and career dreams since 1945. The program offers scholarships and interest-free loans for graduating high school students from the Clear Creek, Conifer, Evergreen, and Platte Canyon High School areas. Scholarships range from $500 for one year to $44,000 for four years, and interest-free loans range from $500 to $5,000 for the first year of college. The application opens December 1 and closes January 31. Application requirements include a FAFSA Submission Summary, high school transcript, one teacher recommendation, and essay questions. Applicants who qualify are invited to schedule an interview the week of February 23.
