Carolyn Williford Murphy Memorial Scholarship

The Carolyn Williford Murphy Memorial Scholarship is available to Chipola College students who are graduates of Altha Public High School in Altha, Florida. Students seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree in education are eligible to apply. The scholarship is awarded through the Chipola College Foundation via the General Scholarship Application on the Chipola Academic Works website (chipola.academicworks.com), with a deadline of June 11, 2026 for the Fall 2026 cycle (some General Application scholarships have a May 1 deadline). The General Scholarship Application requires two letters of recommendation and a copy of the high school transcript (for students with fewer than 24 college credit hours).
