Case Western Theater Scholarship

Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) offers 2 types of theater scholarships awarded to 6 students each year. The maximum value scholarship is worth a student's full tuition for all 4 years of undergrad. Scholarship Details • Renewable • International students are eligible • 4 full-tuition awards for theater majors • 2 $10,000 awards for theater minors, renewable for 4 years • Merit-based via audition or portfolio Eligibility Criteria • First-time college student • Planning to major, minor, or be involved in theater at CWRU • CWRU applicant and eventual enrollment at CWRU • Willing and able to audition or present a portfolio Application Process 1. Apply to CWRU before the application deadline 2. Attend all required theater events, including an audition or portfolio presentation 3. Submit supplemental documents by the deadline and notify CWRU theater faculty 4. If chosen as a recipient, follow the scholarship guidelines to renew your award each year Winners will be notified in mid-March by the CWRU admissions team. Early action and early decision applicants to CWRU will have their financial aid package updated accordingly upon receipt of this award.
