CFHLA Engineers Council Scholarship - Residential Maintenance Technician

The CFHLA Engineers Council Scholarship - Residential Maintenance Technician is available to students studying in a field related to residential maintenance at Valencia College. Employees of a CFHLA Member Property for a minimum of six months are eligible to apply. This one-time scholarship of $5,300.00 is payable directly to Valencia College for the Facilities Maintenance Technician Course. Course Dates: April 20, 2026 to June 25, 2026 (Mon.- Thurs. 8:00am-4:30pm). Courses are held at Valencia College (3437 WD Judge Dr, Orlando, FL 32808). Requirements: Applicants must be employed by a CFHLA Member Property for a minimum of 6 months. Please include a letter of recommendation/endorsement from a supervisor/leader. Applicants must be 18 years of age, provide proof of a High School Diploma/GED Equivalent. Applications Due Date Friday, March 27, 2026.
