Chang Chavkin Scholars Program - Colorado

The Chang Chavkin Scholars Program - Colorado recognizes first-generation college students who demonstrate leadership, engagement in the community, and academic achievement. High school juniors from designated high schools in Colorado are welcome to apply. Recipients are selected based on financial need and academic achievement. The program awards up to $15,000 per year for four years (up to $60,000 total) as a last dollar scholarship toward the cost of attendance at an accredited U.S. college or university. The program serves rural communities in Colorado. Applicants must complete and submit the FAFSA. Interviews are held in early May each year, and scholarship recipients are notified in late May.
