Colorado Hospitality Scholarship Program

The Colorado Hospitality Scholarship Program is inclusive of two different scholarship programs. Each scholarship is funded through the state's leading trade association and designed to help support Colorado students pursuing degrees in the hospitality and tourism industry at accredited, four-year universities or colleges. These scholarships are designed to help support students pursuing degrees from accredited universities, colleges or trade schools while working in a hotel. Students who meet the criteria for each of these scholarships are invited to apply. Individual scholarship criteria varies. The number of recipients will also vary. The Colorado Hotel & Lodging Association is a proud Partner State Association of the American Hotel & Lodging Association (AHLA). AHLA is a strong voice at our nation's capitol monitoring and actively lobbying on behalf of the lodging industry's interests. We support policies that develop AHLA actively works to ensure that regulations from the Federal Department of Labor including DOL's overtime rule and the NLRB's Joint Employer rule, do not harm the hotel industry. Applications for the 2026/2027 academic year have closed; the application window for the 2027/2028 academic year will open in early 2027.
