CREW Greater Philadelphia Scholarship

To be eligible for the CREW Greater Philadelphia Scholarship, you must: be currently be enrolled in a Greater Philadelphia-area accredited college or university; be pursuing a degree in a field related to the commercial real estate industry; have a 3.0 GPA; and be an incoming junior, senior or graduate-level student. In addition to completing the application, you must also submit a transcript, resume, two reference letters and an essay (500-words maximum, describing your academic and professional goals, their relevance to your program and specifically, your intent to have a career in commercial real estate). This is a chance to not only receive scholarship money, but to network with women and men in the Commercial Real Estate industry, as well as attending some of our member-only events. Majors we consider include Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate Development, Real Estate Construction, Property Management, Property Law, Accounting for Real Estate, Real Estate Financial Planning, Urban Planning, Real Estate Investments, Real Estate Appraisals and minors in Real Estate. Application deadline: June 15, 2026 at 5 p.m. EDT. Applicants must be female or identify as female and may not have been a previous recipient of a CREW Greater Philadelphia scholarship. Scholars must be enrolled full time (at least 12 credits/semester for undergraduates; 9 credits/semester for graduate students) and enrolled in Fall 2026 courses. Award includes a $5,000 scholarship, complimentary CREW student membership for 2026 and 2027, free registration to a CREW Greater Philadelphia meeting or event, exclusive access to the Annual Fall Luncheon, an award ceremony (two guests allowed), and a one-on-one mentorship.
