ELC Scholarship Program

The Executive Leadership Council (The ELC) is committed to building a pipeline of Black corporate talent by supporting the academic achievement and development of college students. We provide both undergraduate and graduate scholarships on behalf of corporate partners, as well as provide a robust professional development workshop series for the students called Honors Symposium.Scholarship Details• Undergraduate and graduate students may apply• Over 130 scholarships awarded during last cycle• Scholarship recipients invited to Honors Symposium, a professional development workshop• Additional opportunities for internships, mentorship, and networking with corporate leadersEligibility Criteria• Open to Black college students pursuing undergraduate or graduate degrees• Must demonstrate academic excellence and leadership skills• Strong commitment to community serviceApplication Process1. Complete the online application form on The ELC’s website2. Submit academic transcripts and a resume highlighting leadership and community service involvement3. Provide a personal statement detailing career goals and how the scholarship will impact your future4. Include two letters of recommendation from academic or community leadersScholarships are awarded to students who demonstrate academic excellence, leadership skills, and a commitment to community service. Since 1995, The ELC’s scholarship program has offered high-performing college students scholarship awards, internships, mentoring and unique access to ELC members, their companies, and our strategic partners.
