Hope College Distinguished Artist Awards in Theatre

The Hope College Distinguished Artist Awards in Theatre is open to high school seniors and transfer students who intend to enroll at Hope College in the fall of 2025. This scholarship is renewable for four years. The theatre department holds the majority of DAA auditions and interviews on our annual DAA Day on February 21, 2025. Students have the opportunity to interact with current students and faculty, attend workshops, and see a performance. Please visit the scholarship's website for more information. Most Distinguished Artist Awards (DAAs) are $3,000 per year, renewable for four years. Most DAAs can be combined with an academic scholarship. For Theatre, applicants must audition or submit a portfolio. Hope honors talented artists in the areas of creative writing, dance, music, theater and the visual arts.
