The Hope for Tomorrow Scholarship, offered by the Agape Eye Foundation, supports students pursuing degrees in the medical and health-related fields who demonstrate financial need, strong character, and a commitment to serving their communities. This scholarship reflects our belief that medicine is both a science and a calling to compassionate service. Award funds may be used toward tuition, academic materials, and other approved educational costs. A total of $25,000 is awarded annually to five students.Scholarship Details• Total of $25,000 awarded annually, with five recipients receiving approximately $5,000 each• Funds may be applied to tuition, academic materials, or approved educational costs• Designed to support students who combine academic excellence with service to othersEligibility Criteria• Must be a U.S. resident enrolled at an accredited U.S. college or university• Open to undergraduate students (sophomore through senior) and graduate-level students• Recommended minimum GPA of 3.0 (flexible for applicants with strong service records)• Field of study must be medical or health-related (such as medicine, nursing, physician assistant, optometry, public health, biomedical sciences, or allied health disciplines)• Demonstrated community service, civic engagement, or leadership is preferred• Open to all genders, races, and religious backgrounds• U.S. citizenship not required, but U.S. residency is requiredApplication Process1. Complete the online application form on the Agape Eye Foundation website2. Write and submit a personal statement responding to the essay prompt provided3. Upload an unofficial transcript from your current academic program4. Request and submit one letter of recommendation from an academic or community leader5. Submit all required materials through the online system before the deadlineIf your degree program is centered around healing, caregiving, or advancing health in a clinical or community setting, you are welcome to apply.
