Impact Project- LEAD Scholarship

The Impact Project - LEAD Scholarship is available to graduating seniors and graduates of a high school in Greene, Monroe, and Owen counties in Indiana. Students who plan to create and manage an event or initiative for a local nonprofit are eligible to apply. Applicants will be reviewed for their commitment, positive influence to impact the nonprofit, and ability to speak about the mission. The potential award amount is $3,000. The annual application deadline is June 1st for the following academic calendar year, with decisions made within six to eight weeks. All applicants must complete one of four Community Impact Projects and complete an application. Recipients must attend or plan to attend a certificate program or 2- or 4-year program at an Indiana school. Graduate students may be considered if they graduated from a high school in one of the eligible counties or have resided in one of the eligible counties for more than 5 years. There are no academic or financial requirements to be eligible for this program.
