Jeanne L. Hammond Memorial Scholarship

Jeanne L. Hammond Memorial Scholarship provides financial assistance to female high school seniors and recent graduates in Maine who plan to attend college in any state. The scholarship is awarded through the BPW/Maine Futurama Foundation, working with the Maine Community Foundation, to Maine women with financial need. Scholarship awards for 2026 are $3,000 each. The scholarship period opens January 1 of each year, with a deadline to apply of April 15, 2026. Eligible applicants include any woman in Maine who is a recent high school graduate or career person intent on continuing her education.
