PROLAW offers tuition awards for exceptionally qualified students of any nationality who demonstrate outstanding academic and professional merit, and financial need. Scholarship Details • Offers up to 5 full tuition scholarships, with potential additional stipends for living expenses during the Rome term • Numerous partial tuition scholarships available • Priority scholarship consideration for applications completed by April 30 Eligibility Criteria • Applicants must meet admission requirements for Loyola University Chicago's Rule of Law for Development Program • Must complete the scholarship application and receive program admission • Scholarships are open to both domestic and international applicants Application Process 1. Submit an application for admission to the Rule of Law for Development Program 2. Complete the separate scholarship application 3. Ensure both applications are submitted by April 30 for priority scholarship consideration Scholarship applications for the upcoming academic year will be accepted from November 1 until July 31. To qualify for scholarship consideration, applicants must have successfully completed the admission process.
