The Name Merritt Island Breakfast Rotary Club Limited Access Programs - Career & Technical Programs JS is available to students at Eastern Florida State College. Students who have been impacted by the justice system and working towards re-entry will be considered. Residents of Brevard County, Florida studying in a limited access program for career and technical fields such as aerospace, aviation, cosmetology, HVAC, and welding are eligible to apply. Applications for EFSC Titan Scholarships (which encompass this and other EFSC Foundation scholarships) are open for Fall 2026. The priority application deadline is May 12, 2026, though applications may still be accepted after the priority timeframe. Applicants must be current or admitted EFSC students who are not dual enrolled. The application is submitted through the myEFSC portal by selecting the Titan Scholarships icon.
