Ninilchik Native Association, Inc. Vocational Training Grant Scholarship

The Ninilchik Native Association, Inc. Vocational Training Grant Scholarship provides financial assistance for professional preparation after high school to Alaska Natives who are original enrollees, their descendants, or shareholders of the Ninilchik Native Association, Inc. (NNAI). Students seeking a professional certification or associate degree are welcome to apply. Career Technical Education (CTE) scholarship applications are accepted every day with no deadline. Eligible to receive up to $9,000 per calendar year for technical skill training programs earning a certificate/certification or a professional license at an accredited institution. Must maintain a 2.0 term grade point average or higher; if most recent post-secondary coursework was other vocational training, successful completion is considered equal to a 2.5 cumulative GPA. Awards subject to available funding. TCF provides scholarships to promote individual self-development and economic self-sufficiency through education while maintaining pride in culture and heritage among Alaska Natives who are original shareholders of Cook Inlet Region, Inc., and their lineal descendants.
