The Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) Foundation offers the Better Together STEM Scholarships to support students pursuing degrees in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM) at universities in California. Scholarships range from $2,500 to $10,000 and are open to California residents who are PG&E customers.Scholarship Details• Awards of $2,500, $5,000, or $10,000• Open to students pursuing eligible STEM majors• Applicants must attend an accredited four-year college or university in California or a Historical Black College or University (HBCU)• Scholarships are for the first undergraduate degreeEligibility Criteria• Must be a high school senior, high school graduate, GED recipient, or undergraduate/postsecondary undergraduate student• Veterans and adults returning to school are encouraged to apply• Must have a primary residence that is a PG&E customer in California at the time of application• Plan to enroll full-time for the upcoming academic year• Eligible STEM majors include: Engineering (electrical, mechanical, industrial, environmental, power, and/or energy) Computer Science/Information Systems Cyber Security Environmental Sciences Math Physics• Engineering (electrical, mechanical, industrial, environmental, power, and/or energy)• Computer Science/Information Systems• Cyber Security• Environmental Sciences• Math• PhysicsApplication Process1.
