Use the Central Application Service for Physician Assistants (CASPA) portal to apply to Chapman University's PA Program. 2. Fill out the Simon Scholar Physician Assistant scholarship application form, which includes: A personal essay Your tax information 3 letters of recommendation 3. A personal essay 4. Your tax information 5. 3 letters of recommendation 6. Submit the scholarship application in advance of the deadline. 7.
