Vice Admiral Edwin B. Hooper Post-Doctoral Research Grant

For the Vice Admiral Edwin B. Hooper Post-Doctoral Research Grant, applicants must be citizens of the United States and must demonstrate attainment in research and writing, especially with previously published works on U.S. naval history or associated field. By helping to defray the costs of travel, living expenses, and document duplications related to the research process, the grant is intended to assist a scholar in the research and writing of a book or article that significantly enhances knowledge of U.S. naval history.Applicants should send an e-mail to the address listed above stating the purpose and scope of the research project, including a proposed budget.
