The World Affairs Council of San Antonio Scholarship program is available to graduating high school seniors or graduates from a high school in Atascosa, Bandera, Bexar, Comal, Frio, Gillespie, Guadalupe, Karnes, or Kendall counties in Texas. Students attending a college or university in Bexar County, Texas who are studying for a degree with an international focus or modern languages are encouraged to apply. The Council has committed to offer up to four (4) $2,500 scholarships annually to current students pursuing a degree in International Affairs or related studies at a local college or university.
