The Benny McReynolds Memorial Scholarship is available to graduating seniors from a rural Oklahoma high school. Special consideration is given to graduating seniors from Frederick High School who will attend Western Oklahoma State College, additional consideration is given to graduating seniors from Frederick High School studying law enforcement at the University of Central Oklahoma or the Oklahoma City Community College, and more consideration is given to students studying law enforcement at the Oklahoma City Community College or the University of Central Oklahoma.
