Carol Ann Beerstecher Nursing Scholarship

The Carol Ann Beerstecher Nursing Scholarship is available to students who demonstrate financial need and reside in Chatham, Durham, Orange, Person, or Wake counties in North Carolina. Students who are seeking an associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing at a college or university in North Carolina are welcome to apply. Applicants must have been residents of Chatham, Durham, Orange, Wake or Person County, North Carolina for at least 12 months, be a current nursing student or have been admitted to a nursing program at an accredited institution in North Carolina offering an associate or baccalaureate degree in nursing, must have a proven financial need, and must maintain a 2.0 grade point average. Amount: $5,000 - $10,000.
