CTE Scholarship and Tuition Scholarship

The CTE Scholarship and Tuition Scholarship, sponsored by the Utah State Board of Education (USBE) with funds provided by participating higher education institutions, provides financial assistance to high school seniors in Utah who are interested in attending a program of career and technical education in the state. Applicants receive a college scholarship to a Utah public college or university, for up to one year's tuition. The application goes live on November 3, 2025 and is due to USBE via Adobe Sign on January 30, 2026. Recipients are notified by email in February/March 2026. Award amounts vary by institution and include $1,000, $1,500, $2,000, and full tuition (with or without fees and books) awards. Participating institutions include Bridgerland Technical College, Davis Technical College, Mountainland Technical College, Ogden-Weber Technical College, Southwest Technical College, Tooele Technical College, Uintah Basin Technical College, Salt Lake Community College, Snow College (Richfield), Southern Utah University, Utah Tech University, Utah Valley University, and Weber State University.
