Louisiana Seafood Scholarship

Louisiana Seafood Scholarship provides financial assistance to residents of Louisiana who are interested in attending college in Louisiana to prepare for a career related to seafood. This $5,000 scholarship is awarded to a qualified applicant who expresses an interest in cultivating, protecting, and promoting Louisiana seafood. Students must be Louisiana high school graduates (or current LA high school senior) and/or a college student attending a Louisiana culinary or hospitality program. Recipients must be full-time students (enrolled in at least 12 hours). Preference is given to those students who hold the ProStart Certificate of Achievement.
