The NPCA Foundation is sponsoring scholarships for deserving students pursuing a career related to the precast concrete industry. Applications are open to any student with an undergraduate degree who will be enrolled in a graduate program at an academic institution for the next academic year following the application deadline. Applications are also open for undergraduate students as well (therefore, two scholarhip awards currently are offered). The applicant's course of study should be in an academic field related to the building, construction, engineering, architecture or precast concrete industry. Applicants must be enrolled in a master's or doctorate program. To guarantee the application will be reviewed by the NPCA Foundation Board of Directors, the following materials must be included with the application: An undergraduate transcript through the latest grading period prior to the date of application; A 300 – 500 word essay; A letter of recommendation from a college or university faculty member; A completed recommendation form from an NPCA member considered to be in good standing. This is required to apply. If you need help finding a sponsor, please contact Andi Pierce. You must submit a copy of your acceptance letter to the graduate program. If you have not yet been accepted, please include a letter from a faculty member verifying you have applied. The total number of awards will vary. Applications are open to students at four-year universities, community colleges, technical education institutions and certificate programs. International applicants must have all logistics, such as a visa, in place prior to applying.
