The Richard & Judy Seaman Scholarship for Community, Creativity, and Entrepreneurship is available to graduating seniors of Hiland or West Holmes High School with a preference for residents of Holmes County in Ohio. Students who demonstrate creativity, leadership, and commitment to community service are eligible to apply. Recipients are chosen for their academic standing, good character, and strong work ethic. Further preference may be given to applicants who demonstrate financial need.
